PROPERTY PRIORITIES OPENS IN ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY

Commercial Property Services Consultancy Formed
Company Expands Focus on Emergency Preparedness

Annapolis, Maryland, March 28, 2003 — Property Priorities, LLC, has opened its doors to the east coast commercial real estate community for emergency preparedness and incident management plans; marketing support services; and a host of consulting services including operating expense control as well as management and reduction of accounts receivable. The announcement was made by Property Priorities, LLC Managing Member Stephen Leszcynski, CCIM, CPM, CFM, RECS.

According to Mr. Leszcynski, "There is definitely a need for this kind of service in the country today. Commercial real estate owners and their property and facility managers need to be prepared for worst-case scenarios relative to natural, industrial and man-made disasters, and they need to market and operate efficiently in a tight economy. Property Priorities delivers this in a shoulder-to-shoulder consultancy built on my 20 years in the industry," Leszcynski said.

Formerly the Vice President of Property Management for the Maryland Region of Liberty Property Trust (formerly Rouse & Associates, Inc.), a Real Estate Investment Trust comprising over 50 million square feet of industrial and office real estate, Mr. Leszcynski formed Property Priorities, LLC to provide infrastructure support services to property and facility managers and owners of commercial real estate. Currently, the company supports a client base from Pennsylvania to Richmond, Virginia and is expanding its services to the east coast with national growth expected before the end of the year 2003.

A major focus of the company is the preparation of emergency preparedness and incident management plans which are tailored to the commercial real estate industry and the specific needs of building owners and managers. In cooperation with senior management and key property and facility management personnel, the program delivers client centered plans which develop pre-emptive and responsive procedures relative to physical facilities, human resources and equipment needs to avoid or manage incidents that may impact the business flow of a company in the event of crisis.

Additional services include marketing support which includes market demographic studies, targeted marketing campaigns and business list development. Also offered in the consulting services are preventive maintenance counsel, operating expense control, service contract negotiation and the management and reduction of accounts receivable.

Property Priorities, LLC is dedicated to providing professional supplemental infrastructure support that is customized to the client needs in the commercial real estate industry.
